Description:  A white fondant icing with exceptional stability, gloss and flavor.

Packaging:  Comes in a 20 lbs pail.  

Characteristics:  Great on donuts, cakes, napoleons, puff pastries, petits fours, etc.

Directions:  Ready to use directly from the pail as icing. Or just warm to 110º-120º F and apply as a dip icing for cooled or slightly warm donuts, cakes, French cream puff items.

Storage Parameters:  Store at 68º F in a sealed container.

Shelf Life: 9 months from date of manufacture under recommended storage conditions.
