Description:  Cocoa butter also called "theobroma oil" is the yellow, pure edible fat from the cocoa beans.  It is the most stable fat known, containing natural antioxidants that prevent rancidity. 
 
Packaging:  Comes in a 7 lbs pail.

Characteristics:  Cocoa butter has a melting point of 93º F to 100º F, rendering chocolate a solid at room temperature that readily melt once in the mouth. It is great for the manufacturing of coatings for candies, confections, and sculptures. 

Storage:  Keep in a cool, dry environment.

Shelf Life:  12 months, under recommended storage conditions.
