Description:
To get a perfect textured muffin, add water, eggs and milk. Excellent with any fruit: cranberries, blueberries, etc. Made in house. Custom blends available on a minimum quantity base.
(such as low calorie).

Packaging:
1 x 25 lb/case. (16 cases/layer. 5 layers/pallet. 80 cases/pallet).
Skid size = 80 cases = 2000 lbs net Wt = 2200 gross Wt.

Direction:
Recipe for 15 muffins ( 3 oz each):
   -2 lb muffin base
   -5 oz whole eggs
   -10 oz whole milk
In mixing bowl, Mix all the ingredients 3 minutes at low speed. Do not over mix some lumps are ok. Add fruits.
Scale batter, and fill half way of pans. Bake 15 minutes at 325°F.

Storage parameters: Cool and dry place.

Shelf life: 12 months under storage conditions. Do not refrigerate to avoid humidity.
