Directions:
Yield: 10 pies (10" Diam. x 2" high)
- Dissolve 18oz no bake cheesecake in 1/2 qt hot water.(1)
- Whip 10 lb cream cheese  and 8 1/2 lb sweet condense milk.
- Blend mixture 1 gradually with the cream cheese batter. Mix well.

Storage parameters: Cool and dry place.

Shelf life: 12 months under storage conditions. Do not refrigerate to avoid humidity.
