Packaging:  Packed in 18 lbs plastic pail. 
Label panel includes label statement and lot number.
1 skid = 85 x 18 lbs pails = 1530 lbs net = 1630 lbs gross weight.
 
Characteristics:  Great as chocolate center in confection, filling or topping.

Directions:  Use as is, or melted. Can be flavored with any added food grade extract, or alcohol.

Storage Parameters: Cool dry conditions.

Shelf Life: 8 months under storage conditions.
