Instructions
PS Fruit Puree
1 kg.
2.2 lb
Water
3 cups
24 oz
Sugar
340 gr.
12 oz.
Sorbet Peak (PS10408)
142 gr.
5 oz
PS Fruit Flavor
to taste to taste
to taste to taste
Bring the water to a boil. Cut the heat.
Mix Sorbet Peak with the sugar. Pour into hot water to dissolve.
Add the Fruit puree & the flavor. Let the mixture cool down. Refrigerate.
Mix well. Adjust the Brix to 32° (use the refractometer).
Pour into the ice cream machine & churn.
