Made with natural stabilizers and emulsifiers, it is designed to make (1) Fruit cream cakes and (2)muffins with the same recipe. Just add a few ingredients and bake to get cakes with an astonishing moist texture and a long shelf-life. One 25 lbs bag yields 45 to 50 cakes (8" bun pans).
